RULES & REGULATION
- Each team must consist of 4 members.
- Teams should be registered under a unique team name.
- Cross-institution or cross-organization teams are permitted unless otherwise specified by the organizers.
- All projects must be conceived, designed, and developed entirely during the Hackathon.
- Use of pre-existing libraries, APIs, and frameworks is permitted; however, pre-built or previously submitted projects are strictly prohibited.
- All materials in the Hackathon submission — including code, software, designs, graphics, images, and videos — must comply with applicable Intellectual Property (IP) laws and be original works of the team.
- Participants must bring their own laptops, chargers, and other essential devices required for project development.
- Each participant must be present for the entire duration of the event, including kickoff, midway check-ins, mentorship rounds I & II, and final presentations.
- Team presence during these sessions is compulsory for evaluation eligibility.
- Judging will be based on creativity, technical implementation, practicality, and presentation.
- All submissions must include project code, a demo, and documentation.
- All participants must maintain a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment throughout the event.
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior in any form will result in immediate disqualification.
- Equal participation and contribution from all team members are expected.
- No entry or exit will be permitted during this period for security and event integrity reasons.
- Participants are encouraged to use the provided rest and refreshment areas responsibly.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any team found engaging in:
- • Plagiarism or use of pre-built projects.
- • Misconduct or violation of event rules.
- • Tampering with event systems or infrastructure.
- The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
